Using Google Translate, affiliates can translate pretty much any page at the SFI Affiliate Center and Tripleclicks store into his or her chosen language.

For the general SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com), just select the language you want the site to be translated into from the footer on any page at the Affiliate Center.

For LaunchPad, click the Translate button, and select your language from the pulldown menu.

Have some of your affiliates blocked your messages? Don’t let it get you down. Rather, use it as a “teaching moment” to become a better communicator and team leader!

Start by regularly accessing your Block List. In the light gray box on the page, you’ll see the statistics of those who have blocked YOU. Click the “See reasons for blocks” link to view the reasons these affiliates decided to block you, paying particular attention to frequent and repeated complaints. Then, keep those reasons in the forefront of your mind when creating team newsletters and other communications to your affiliates.

For example, before you send out a mailing to a large group of people, check to see if anyone has blocked you and the reasons given. Depending on this feedback, you MAY need to change your tone, leave certain topics out, or improve your writing in some fashion to reduce future affiliates blocking you.

That said, do NOT get hung up on a few people opting out and complaining about your messages. You will never please everyone, and it is a recipe for lifetime unhappiness to try! But if your opt-out numbers are significant (percentage-wise), you should definitely take heed. The last thing you want to be doing is turning off your team with inappropriate messages. So DO listen to the feedback and take action when it’s warranted.

Your SFI Affiliate Center home page provides you with a wealth of information about the latest SFI news, notices, and statistics; your own to-do list, daily business tips, streaming posts from you and your team members; and much more! It’s truly your one-stop SFI business summary. Consequently, finding your way around this resource is a vital part of your success. Following are some tips to help you navigate your SFI Affiliate Center:

1. To quickly return to your homepage page from anywhere at the Affiliate Center, just click the SFI Logo in the header.

2. Not sure where to find something at the Affiliate Center? Use the Sitemap (located in the footer of every page). Tip within a tip: Use your browser’s webpage search (e.g. for Safari, it’s Command-F) to quickly find whatever you’re looking for on the Sitemap.

3. Quickly get to popular places like the Genealogy, the Forum, Support, and the VP Ledger by using Hot Spots menu (designated by a flame icon) found in the main menu bar.

4. To view and learn from Affiliate Manager Snapshots of affiliates on leaderboards, winner’s lists, etc., just click their name.

5. Quick jump to any Zing Network site (TripleClicks, Rewardicals, Localvantia, Eager Zebra, Astro Auctions)—and be automatically logged in—by clicking on the Zing lightening bolt logo in the right side of the main menu bar.

Maximize the value of your TripleClicks PSAs To Go or from PSAs you’ve won in an auction: run them through your TL Co-op Manager!

Your participating affiliates will benefit with guaranteed PSAs added to their downline. YOU will benefit from motivated affiliates with expanding teams of new PSAs, whose activities could add long-term profits to your bottom line!

To funnel your PSAs To Go or auction-won PSAs through the Co-op Manager, just go to the Start A New Co-op page at the SFI Affiliate Center and choose “Your Gateway Site” as the co-op source. Be SURE to enter 1104 in the key code field. Click the Create A New Co-op button at the bottom when you’re done.

IMPORTANT! After purchasing your PSAs To Go or winning the PSAs auction, you’ve got a day or two before your new PSAs begin rolling in. Once they begin to arrive, it will be too late to run them through a new co-op. Therefore, be sure not to wait too long after winning your auction to set up your co-op!

Find and communicate with your team members currently online and logged in to the Affiliate Center…Just look for the green “chat status ball” on your Genealogy report, on the My Movers page, on Affiliate Snapshots, and on your Upline Team page. Just click the green ball to initiate an online conversation with that affiliate.

A few tips:

1. If you’re chatting with a person who’s primary language is different than your own, keep Google Translate open in another browser window so you can cut and paste text as needed to translate your conversation.

2. When initiating contact with downline members, focus on how you can help them. Support and assist your downline, and you will build a stronger, more profitable group.

3. You don’t have to wait until an affiliate is online to initiate a chat. Your chat message will be waiting for your affiliate the next time he/she logs in to the Affiliate Center.

NOTE: The “Chat Status Ball” may display in the following ways:

* Gray outlined (hollow) ball = not online
* Green ball = online
* Green ball with exclamation point = online and chat initiated/waiting for you to respond
* Gray ball with exclamation point = offline and chat initiated/waiting for you to respond

Don’t ever let an Astro Auction item you want to bid on slip by. Select an auction alert and get an e-mail alert letting you know your auction has begun.

Just go to the main Astro Auction page to view a list of auctions. Click the bell icon at the top of the index. You can then add an e-mail Alert for an individual product from the dropdown menu, add an alert for Multiple Rocket Box Auctions, etc. You will receive an email alert every time an auction starts for your selected item(s)! Maximum of 5 items. You can remove alerts any time you wish.

These visual guides can be a real help for affiliates who may be new to the Internet and computing or who may otherwise have trouble reading or understanding our text-based support articles.

Nobody likes being pressured. But you could try a more casual approach to encouraging your inactive affiliates to at least log back into the Affiliate Center and check out SFI’s latest updates, enhancements, and programs. Simply send an “Inactive” E-Card to affiliates in your downline who haven’t taken any action in a while. These fun, colorful messages let your affiliates know you’re thinking of them and would like to hear from them again. Just go to your Genealogy, click the paper airplane icon to the far right of the report for your chosen affiliate, select INACTIVE from the E-Card category drop down menu and click the INITIATE button. Then simply follow the directions to create your E-Card and send to your affiliate.
