Make SURE you’re not leaving money on the table. Stop by your Max Match report regularly, and be certain you’re maximizing your Executive Pool matches and getting the biggest commission check you can!
With your Max Match report, you can easily pinpoint all the places in your organization where a bit of extra effort could create more commission-boosting matching shares.
Check the top of the report page for a nice, at-a-glance, green/red overview of what percentage (and dollar amount) you’re currently qualified for…and what percentage (and dollar amount) you CAN qualify for by the end of the month.
Next, look under the report’s NO MATCH #1 column for the number of shares and dollar amounts you could pick up by advancing your personal rank. Check the NO MATCH #2 column for the number of shares and dollar amount you could pick up by helping members of your team advance their ranks. Or, see the NO MATCH #3 column for the number of shares and dollar amount you’re missing out on due to partial qualification.
For example: say your Affiliate has scored 1600 VP and needs 400 more VP to earn 2000 shares of the Executive Pool. Just help this person score more VP to claim these matches!
But don’t close your Max Match report page yet! Scroll down to the report’s GLOSSARY section, where we define the three “No Match” scenarios. Click the links to your Genealogy to instantly pull up the exact group of affiliates in your downline that need to advance in rank and/or need to gain some VersaPoints to move up to the next 500 VP increment. You can also simply click the VersaPoints amounts shown under each No Match column to have only the associated persons in that generation displayed. This powerful tool makes it easy for you to work with your team members for mutual income gain; use it!
