E-Cards provide an unlimited number of ways to welcome, inform, congratulate, and recognize your team. The Affiliate Center makes it easy to send E-Cards directly from your Genealogy Report:
1. Just click the Communications tab from the report.
2. Select the little black paper airplane icon to the far right of the name of a given affiliate.
3. Choose the category of E-Card you want to send to that affiliate from the dropdown menu, and click INITIATE.
4. Next, click your chosen your E-Card design.
5. At the E-Card preview screen, enter your greeting and personal message.
6. Click Send Message button when you’re ready to send your E-Card!
Remember: E-Cards are free to use, but there is a sending limit of 200 per day, and you may not send any one affiliate more than one card a day.
